The CIRS is a “Rewards System” of
Classique Herbs Corporation that provides both existing members and non-members
an alternative marketing solution to join or increase their income potentials
through a system that provides them an investment feature and easy access into
the existing Classique Herbs Marketing Structure.
The CIRS has 2 sides to it; First is the Investment Side, which
guarantees the CIRS Member a maximum Reward Share of up to P10,080.00 over a
period of time. To enable encashment of the Rewards, which is paid out weekly,
the member needs to refer at least 2 new members under his group. From this
Maximum Reward Share, a portion is allocated for his/her entry into the CHC Tri-Brid
Marketing System or as Maintenance for their Group Sales Income in the
MLM/Unilevel Plan.
Second is the Business Side. The CIRS features several income
generating opportunities such as the “Weekly” and “Monthly” Profit Share. These
profit shares are portions allocated by the company from the total entries made
in a week and cumulatively in a month. The Profit Sharing shall benefit the
members who have a minimum of Five (5) Direct Recruits in a week (for the
Weekly Profit Share) and maintain Five (5) New Direct Referrals every week for
a calendar month, to qualify for the monthly profit share. The profit share
amount is discretionary to CHC as part of the rewards to the CIRS members.
Next, tied up with the 5 Direct
Referrals is an additional Reward Feature known as the Builder’s Rewards. This
feature provides the member with additional income opportunities should the
member build his/her organization (in preparation for entry into the main plan
of CHC) and that of their downlines. This is more popularly known as the Direct
and Indirect Referral System. For every downline recruit, the CIRS allocates a
particular amount for the member. The amounts are as follows:
Direct (1st Level) Referral = P150.00
2nd Level Referral = P 30.00
3rd Level Referral = P 20.00
4th-8th Level
Referral = P
10.00
The abovementioned Builders Rewards
System has an income potential of about P4,000,000.00 should the member develop
his/her organization on a perfect duplication of 5x5 up to the 8th
Level. Not to mention the Mirror Plan in the Main CHC System known as the
Uni-Level Income. This provides the CIRS Member with 2 Main Income Systems with
his/her developed organization.
More additional incentives are
allocated by the company on a regular basis to help improve and further enhance
